Oblivion...I completely agree with lifting and growth stunting being a myth. I am more concerned for you guys in the area of joint developement. Being my size means I get a ton of issues with my joints and back. I just want to make sure you guys are being smart about lifting and not going to heavy so you don't go through the same crap I am going through now.

We are all indestructable young...then we grow older. ;)
