what type of training are you doing? if your going to do cardio, cardio can be done everyday, with about 1-2 off days a week. but recommended (sp?) that its every other day.
weight training, for any part of the body you train, and dont just focus on 1 part of the body. i bet your probably looking to focus on your chest and your abs. if your going to weight train, work the entire body. leg muscles are the biggest in the body, working those will burn calories like a car burning gas. in other words, alot. but for any part of the body you workout, give it 1-2 days rest. if its still sore, you should wait till its not sore anymore.
