well i tend to bike alot, and im just wondering if im gonna have really huge legs and a slim upper body and not be proportional or, if it doesnt really matter?
I wish biking alone would give me monster legs. No, there's definitely no danger of you having tree trunk legs from biking. You need to do some weight work on your legs for them to really hypertrophy (increase in mass).
Any cardio machines you do are never going to make you bigger, it'll just make you lose fat and tone you up.
Ahhh, thanks for the help. very much appreciated, I just was scared of becoming out of proportion and what not, cause i notice that my legs were becoming harder since i rode on the bike, but thanks for clearing it up
A friend of mine is quite slender but her legs look quite muscle-y. I found out why later.... she has a stationary bike at home which is her main form of exercise. I'm not sure if it's true but in my friend's case it is.
