too built for my own good (Bulky muslces and how to make them smaller

Hi i am asking this question on behalf of my girl friend. She trains hard and over time has developed a look she is not happy with. She is to built and would like to shave some muscle off some areas such as arms and and legs. This will appear to give her a taller look even know she only stands at 5'1. If someone knows of an article of a work out routine that could help her we would be very appreciative.
 
you would pretty much have to drop muscle from the entire body. I don't see why though. Is she lean? does she think that she is too defined? If so, simply add some fat. Her arms could also seem big because they have alot of fat on them, if so, slim down.

Training for losing muscle is taking it a pretty far. And I don't feel comfortable giving advice about it.. sorry
 
unfortunately for her, it sounds like she's genetically gifted in the muscle building department.
she'd pretty much have to greatly reduce her physical activity in terms of weight training in order for her body to shed muscle mass.

and like Karky said, you cannot choose where the muscle comes from.

as an alternative, feed her more pizza and beer so her body fat goes up and masks some of that muscle.

but honestly tell her that most men find an athletic build on a women to be damned attractive.
