tonning up?

Hey, I'll give everyone a little information about myself. I'm 17, I'm 5ft10 and I am 10 stone 2, when I was 16 I was into fitness because I was joining the Royal Marine Commando's, I got rejected from them because of my Athsma which put me down, I went to denmark on holiday and then I lost the will to train anymore because I had nothing to train for.

I was wandering if someone can give me a schedual/work out tips on how to build my biceps, triceps, pecks and abs? (I'm not really bothered about my abs, I just want to get back into a decent shape because right now, I feel bad with myself because I let myself go.)

I'm willing to under-take anything to regain my old physeec (Sorry if I spelt it wrong)

I don't see why you don't just pull out your old training regime - it obviously worked for you before. I would just start with that - start slow and then build back up to what you were previously doing!
