I'm just seeing if there is anyone to help me with my workout. I am doing great, and am
very happy with how I look and feel, but would like to tone my butt more. I do at least 30 minutes of
stairmaster, 3 mile run plus squats and lifts. What else can I do? I'm a 38 year old female weighing 117.5. Any suggestions would be great.
