Toning up, is this ok? tip please :)

Hi :)

I want to tone up! I am a 18yo girl & not overweight, i weight 53kg and im 152cm tall. I run 6 days a week, sometimes morning and night & i go to the gym once a week and mostly do weights and i eat healthy :)

So my goal is to get a nice toned fit body, should i be doing anything more than this? If so what could i be doing..? Also how long would it take to see results if i kept this up?

It sounds like your weight is about right for an 18yo girl of average height. Cardio + weight training + proper diet = results. Give it some time. And, post your specific routines with the weights used.
