Hey, I'm 15 and I'm about 175 - 180 cm tall (somewhere between the 2), and I'm about 60 KG (either this or the weighing scale is wrong). I play football every day for about an hour, sometimes for 2 and a half ish, so I exercise daily.
Despite this, I would like to add some muscle on the arms, stomach etc. Could someone give me advice on making a regime for weight training.. I don't have any of the weight lifting gear but we could make do with bags of sugar and stuff..
If anyone wants my daily diet / meal then feel free to ask
