Toning Phase

Hi All:

I am just looking for ideas on training frequency during a toning/weightloss phase. I have been doing 3 times a week during a growth phase and am planning to **** to a toning cycle for 12 weeks or so, any ideas on the frequency for weight training, up,down or the same.

I am 30, 6'3" and weigh in at 230. I expect to cut down to 210 for the summer and would like some helpful toning advice. on workout frequency during this phase.
