true, you have no choice where fat goes or leaves, its all about dieting and exercising basically. doing work causes your body to burn calories thus, u will eventually get slimmer,

btw, doing exercises that builds muscle in ur gluteus maximus is great. *butt* , won't burn fat, but u can build muscle there. and muscle burns calories :]
 
ive been doing a lot of leg/glute exercises like squats, deadlifts, lunges, and and GMS, ive gained some mass on the legs and glutes. but still after having gained some size, there is still a good amount of fat around those areas. How would i be able to burn off this fat while still working out?

cutting diet... cant stress this enough :p
 
I would say I've always had a pretty flat butt in the past, even at 24% body fat, my butt was small and not meaty.

well I been deadlifting every week for a month now, and I gotta say, its doing something. I'm also doing squats and front squats, and leg press one day a week (i go real narrow stance to target out quads and hips more...my squat stance is pretty wide usually)
