I have always had a problem toning my legs. My legs usually get bigger and muscular. Anyone know what kinds of exercises or anything else I can do to make my legs skinnier and more tone?!
Good points from Malkore, as usual. If you work on losing some body fat that msucle definition you have should show through nicely. That is best done through a combination of a good overall exercise program and a balanced, healthy diet. If you need any help, please let me know.

If you gain a lot of muscle when working the legs, its because you have a caloric surplus, and the body is using those extra calories to increase lean muscle mass in the legs.
