So, day 1 of the weight loss.

I have severe burns on my right leg, and losing weight has always been something I've wished to do, but never felt that I could achieve due to this. I've finally got a Rowing Machine after using one at a friend's house a few months ago, and I've decided it's finally time to lose this weight and feel better about myself.

I'm Vegan, and I consume approximately 1,200 max daily, though it tends to be around 900ish, which is why I have been losing weight recently.

Since this was my first time on a Rowing Machine in months, I set myself the goal of rowing for 10 minutes, and slowly building my endurance from there until I can row for around an hour. I over come this and passed four personal milestones, so as of right now, I'm happy.

30 minutes (Goal: 10 minutes)

845 Strokes (Goal: 200)

468 Kcal burned. (Goal: 156)

2.1 Miles Travelled. (Goal: 1/2 mile)

Averaging from around 51 - 56 strokes p/m. Really quite chuffed.

I'm starting at 14.10st (197.4lbs, 89.5kg) and I aim to be around 11-12 stone (154-168lbs, 69.85-76.02kg) by May next year.

As stated, I'm looking at increasing the length of time I can endure on the Rower. Would increasing it in intervals of 2mins daily be a good idea?
