TofuGal's Only-Eat-Half (and lose 10lbs) Summer Journal!

Hey all! I'm new here looking to lose the last 10 lbs before summer is officially underway, and thankfully I've already lost ~4 of the 10, which was not easy, but doable with exercise! I'm really happy with my weight and just want to lose a few more lbs before I'm in a bikini all summer. But work just took over my life and I wasn't able to keep exercising so I've been at a plateau for about 3 weeks. My goal is 115 (btw I'm 5'2" :))

I'm switching back to the rule that worked for me before: Just Eat Half.
Because my eating schedule is erratic, and sometimes I'm on the go and other times I have to sit at work all day, I never know if I'll be able to get whole meals or just snack all day. So when I just eat half of whatever I'm eating, I'm able to listen better to my body and hunger cues, enjoy what I like, not feel guilt, and feel alert all day. I love it.

So this journal will be basically about what I eat, my water, my exercise (which WILL start up again in a few days when job ends!), and reaching my little goal. :) Here comes summer!

3/4ths self-made chicken fajita w/ guac, cheese, black beans, tomato

1/2 GoLean Crunchy! Chocolate & caramel bar
other 1/2 of GoLean Crunchy! bar
1/2 apple

2/3 Weight Control oatmeal packet

Vitamin and Omega: done!
Exercise: None - 14 hour workday. :(
Weigh-in: 121.6 -.4

General feeling: Good! Energy level is very balanced, not hungry, not full. Satisfied and food is not a worry on my mind. :)
