This is to all the people that had more than 50 pounds to lose.
How did you do it ? I need some words of encouragement. What was your mindset going into it ? How did you stay focused? Its a mind game, a tough one at that for alot of us.
I got 70-80 pounds to lose and know what i need to do... i know the math and know what it takes. I really want to get in excellent shape, back to how i use to be in high school.
I've recently had surgery on my cojones and back pain thats preventing me from doing any real exercise, so I'm feeling a little down from having no physical activity, ya know ? Hopefully I can get back into some type of fitness program within the next 1-3 weeks. Before the surgery i played lots of basketball and was fairly active.
I can't sleep worth crap either, just to throw that in. I drank a gallon of water yesterday and thought i was gonna float away. Just bought a bike by the way...
I've got my own idea of a fitness program... but i like to seek wisdom of people that know more than me. When i say diet, i more so mean lifestyle change of eating habits. I'm looking for a lifestyle change in general.
Any ideas of a diet/exercise program that might be good for me considering the lower back pain ?
