Hello there. Just to start, i am 12 years old and I'm am not sure of my current weight, but i know i should lose weight. So currently i have been limiting myself to about 500 calories unless I'm eating out at a fancy place. I run on an elliptical machine and often burn off all of my calories but sometimes just 100-300 daily but i never don't run at all. I also usually swim for around 15 minutes to an hour depending on the circumstances "time of day, others swimming with me" So should i eat more? I have lost allot of weight so far, but i'm not sure if i am being healthy.
