To eat or not to eat...

Hello there. Just to start, i am 12 years old and I'm am not sure of my current weight, but i know i should lose weight. So currently i have been limiting myself to about 500 calories unless I'm eating out at a fancy place. I run on an elliptical machine and often burn off all of my calories but sometimes just 100-300 daily but i never don't run at all. I also usually swim for around 15 minutes to an hour depending on the circumstances "time of day, others swimming with me" So should i eat more? I have lost allot of weight so far, but i'm not sure if i am being healthy. :seeya: thanks guys.

Welcome to the great place. Just give concentration on your daily routine and control diet. Taking more food are not good for health but take good food which will helps your body fit and healthy.
