Hello.

I'm Carrie. I've been here before. And before that. Until I disappear each time.

I'm back. I'm still over weight.


I dropped to 170lbs in like, March. My goal was 168. I never made it.

My weight returned right back up to 14 stone based on a reading on my new, digitial scales.

My old scales were unreliable and made me half a stone lighter than I actually am. (how depressing)


I never actually weighed 170. I weighed 177 at my lowest.


Anyway. I'm 5'8 and I'm 25.

I've pigged out the last couple of days. I weighed myself after dinner just now and up to 13stone 2 (184 - ) but a couple of days ago I was 12 stone 11. Soooo ya. That was only 2lbs away from my lowest weight back in March. Gleeeeeful.


I'm just trying to get healthy. *shrug*

Wish me luck. Again.
 
Hey.

So I'm back to my lowest weight.

I started my new teaching job and because I'm so busy all the time, I haven't had time to eat food out of boredom, only to live.


I weighed in at 12st 6.5, which by my old scales would have been 11stone 13.5, the 168 target I had been trying to reach for about 6 months.


I'm so happy to have finally made it.


So far today I've eaten a cup of tea, some special k mini breaks, and a couple of rice cakes with peanut butter.

I also ate 2 slices of pineapple and one slice of melon.
 
Hey darling:) You are doing great. I know what its like to slip up here and there. But just keep getting back on that horse and you will be OKAY:) You are doing great anyway. Thanks for the kind comment in my diary. So sweet girl really appreciated it!!

Weighed in this morning at 12 stone 0.5lbs on my new scale.

Which is 11 st 7.5 on my old scales.

EEEEE.

I'm like, 1 stone away from my goal.

I should probably start taking pictures of my body.

Everyone is saying I lost weight.

My collar bones are looking swell.
