To be a healthy teen...

I've got about a year and a couple months left to achieve my goal of being a healthy teen. I'll try to make these as short as possible.

Started today off with a 20 minute cycle on the stationary bike at 5am this morning. While waiting for my gym membership to activate today, I hope to hit the gym tomorrow.

Had 1 apple juice and a jamwich(pb&j crustable) at 10 am. At lunch I had one double cheeseburger from Mcds, slowly trying to cut those out.

For dinner I had one baked piece of chicken, mash potatoes, and a bottle of gatorade. Plan to eat a banana and a few small things in about an hour.
