Okay well, I for one have been a reader for many months. This place is addictive and can take up a lot of time.. which is fantastic for everyone - keeps my mind off food which is always a good thing!

Not only that, but it is inspirational. RJM for one springs to mind, and LMR... I started reading posts from the beginning of last year and found their first few posts just after their very first forum got closed. Thanks for starting it up again guys.

This post is for everyone who reads & doesn't post - why not take the extra step and register and share your feelings with me and others here (also a newby registerer!!) Well? What's stopping you? Is it the fact that if you start to type in here, it will record your thoughts & feelings therefore locking yourself in to the struggle? Maybe that's what you need...what do you reckon?

I don't know how many people this will relate to... but this is how I felt, so I read for months (yes months.) I loved hearing about others going through the same battles, thoughts and ideas I had.

Little bit of history I am ashamed of sharing: I finally started the Cohens and followed it through for 1 month - and lost 10 kilos. (It was a fantastic feeling) I was 12 kilos away from my goal weight, but Christmas came and I fell off the bandwagon completely. It's crazy how 1 or 2 days off can put you off completely. The first month was sooooooo easy I couldn't believe it, and the thought of not missing Xmas and taking 2 days off was going to be a sinch (easy as). But getting back on was impossible.

Sign up and get serious about it. It can be as private as you like, no names, contact details or location. Get a free email account to sign up (ie gmail or hotmail) so you can be more private about it if you'd prefer..

Today is the day that I'm going to go on the straight and narrow. Anyone else joining in?
