So yesterday was my first day of my diet and it went amazing. I know it was the first day but my thought it if the first day is amazing, it can only get better. :)

I'm doing the Slim Fast diet, which I actually like doing, the milkshakes are amazing and it means I can still eat a sensible meal at night. I have to admit I tend to have a bowl of Fruit and Nut cereal which is very yummy.

I weighed myself yesterday morning and it was 250 pounds and then this morning I weighed myself again (I'm a weigh myself every morning person) and it was 248. This makes me a happy bunny rabbit.

I didn't do any excersise yesterday as I fell over the other day(I'm a very clumsy person) and I've stretched the ligaments in my left foot. But this morning I had to go to church with my brothers as they had a presentation to take part in for thier Boy's Brigadge group which is half an hour away. So I've walked about an hour which I'm pleased with. I'm hoping to do some light excersises tonight on the Wii Fit.

So two pounds down lots more to go. *grin*

looks like you on the right track, though, keep it up !

Just though you might find this interesting through is that, if you way yourself throughout the day your weight can change about 5 pounds due to water weight. just thought you might find that usefull, because it sounds you like to check your weight like me. best thing is to do what your doing and just weigh yourself every morning ( before you eat breakfast ) :)
 
Thanks Micheal for commenting on my diary, it really means a lot. :D And yes I weigh myself after getting up in the morning, before I eat my breakfast.

So Day 2, Sunday went brilliantly. Stuck to the diet to perfection and didn't cheat. Yey!!! I'm having problems with family (parents are splitting up) and I have to admit I've been doing a lot of comfort eating. And this weekend was particually bad, and somehow I still stuck it out. I went for a walk sunday night, trying to de-stress which really helped.

Day 3, weighed myself and I've lost another two pounds. :D But then I went shopping with my mum and in town near when I live, there is not that many food places that are healthy. We were going to go to one place and it turns out if got burnt down in a huge fire. :-( So we ended up going to KFC *facepalm* I had a kids meal which I usally dont have, so I suppose I didn't push it too much. But then I didn't have anything else all day.

This morning I didn't weigh myself, didn't dare. Today I have been really good so hopefully when I weigh myself tomorrow morning it will either be the same or maybe even lower. :D

Hope anyone who is reading is doing well on their diet. :)

Hey Tissy, just wanted to let you know i know how it goes with parents splitting up and stuff, my parents divorced when i was 4 or so, and its been difficult, but instead of confront eating i find it helpfully to do something constructive, whether its making a blog for example or just finding a hobby you really enjoy and putting sometime into that. But again we're just human and we do what we do to feel better i suppose ya know.

Anyway good job so far on your diet :) and with the eating out business you did fine, you weren't planning to eat there, but even then you still took in mind you diet and choose a healthier choice * high five * ( btw ive noticed the cal counts in KFC's food is actually alot better than other fast food places ^_^ so dont feel bad )

Keep it up ! we're rooting for you ^_^
