Hello Friends,
I am 24 year old engineer. I have been trying to shed some weight for quite sometime, but no success. Instead I have gained as much weight as I wanted to lose. At 24, I am at 230-240 lbs. with height 5'8".
I feel my main problem is lack of exercise and more importantly lack of any schedule. My work doesn't allow me to have a very predictable schedule. Some days it's terribly busy and others it's very free.
I decided to have a Gym schedule couple of times and did went couple of days but somethings urgent come up and it's all back to the old routine.
I really need some motivation to reach the goal....
would appreciate any help....
