Tips on getting bigger

Ok iv'e already posted a thread saying how i wanted to tone. Well, iv'e done some research and found that i need muscle mass to begin with. So i'm looking for tips on getting bigger and any tips on exercises i should do. Below are picture of my current physique.

as of right now i currently do not lift weights. Im beginning to start eating healthier though. Im 15 by the way =P
 
You need to add intensity to your workout everytime you go to the gym, so if you did 135 in bench last week for 8 reps, you need to either do it for 9 or more reps, or add more weight. I always personally shoot for more weight, however I tell my clients they can go for either. Bottom line it is a very simple equation:

stronger = bigger

and stick to the basic compound exercises, leave the machine alone. When I say basic, I mean: Bench, Deadlift, Squats, Barbell Rows

you will not get bigger doing isolated machine work...........


Diet wise you say you are eating healthier, but what does that mean? You are eating cereal instead of dognuts for breakfast?? you need to be consuming healthy foods more frequently throughout the day.
 
Best thing you can do is educate yourself. I'm taking a CanFitPro Personal Trainer Specialist exam in about 4 hours and I do have to say that even I learned some new things which was pleasantly surprising (not to sound arrogant).

Like everyone said, weight training and nutrition, but you gotta do it right, so read up on them! I think you have a great starting frame and you can really have a wonderful physique if you work on it properly.
