Timing Question

depends, if its the same muscle group as the exercise you just completed, wait the same as you wait between sets.. if not, then i guess you just have to feel how overall tiered you are.
 
0-2 minutes. If you're doing supersets, you'd wait 0. If you are just a regular lifter, then anywhere from 30 sec to 2 minutes is good.
 
That reminds. There is this very strong guy @ gym. What amazes me is that this guys seem to take absolutely no rest in between sets or excercises.
I mean none at all.
