Time to Take Control

I have always battled with my weight. I am not significantly over-weight, but I have to ALWAYS watch what I eat and diet or I would be. I get so sick of obsessing about my weight and any time I relax or stop caring, I gain weight. Like this time I started cooking a lot, and not unhealthy stuff either. I think what really got me this time, was that I started drinking more wine. I would cook and drink Merlot, but I was happy. Then I started noticing I gained some weight so I started cutting out the carbs which usually works for me, but still drinking my wine. I picked up on my exercise routine I do in the morning, which consists of sit-ups and leg lifts. So a week went by and I thought for sure I had made improvement, but I got on the scale this morning and I had gained MORE weight. Now I am just pissed off. So I am on a mission to loose this added weight. I am just so sick and tired of this. Lets see how it goes. I will cut back on my wine intake, which is a bummer because it is a luxury of mine. I will stay on my low-carb diet and I even ordered some Decaslim, which I heard was great. I will also try and drink green tea all day every day. Anyway, here goes nothing...
 
Stood on the scale and I lost 5 pounds!! Gonna keep it up. Green tea all day all the day, including Green Tea supplements. Cut back on carbs again, especially during the week - the weekend can be a little tougher. Cut back on wine, only drinking couple times a week. Which actually means I am not cooking as much either :( oh well, well worth it.
