Im pretty much happy with my body and the weight I am currently at (160lbs). I want to start working out though to tone my body. I do have some free weights at home to work out with but nothing to fancy. I was thinking that if I start doing a combonation of running and weight lifting that I could tone my body up a little. But im not sure how often to run and lift the weights...any advice? Also what types of food's should I try to stay away from while doing this?
