Time to shrink! Kapsy edition

Hello guys!


I really wanted to lose 30 odd pounds that i keep wearing, but needed self-motivation and tracking so I wouldn't just abandon it once I cant be asked anymore so I decided to join forums and keep it updated until I reach my weight goal!


My height: 5"7'

My starting weight is: 157lbs/71.3kg

Goal weight: 125lbs/56kg

Pounds to lose: 32lbs

Bust: 103cm/40inches

Waist: 76cm

Hips: 103cm/40inches


I drink a lot of water and will start regular exercise which should help me lose few pounds per week.

If you have any tips or hints please point me into right direction!
