Time to loose

I decieded to loose about 80 lbs. and at first it seemed it was going to be easy. I lost about 22lbs. and now it has just stopped. I am now at 197 and still watching my calories. I try to stay at around 1000 a day. I eat ceral,eggs, and apples along with other heathly foods about 4 or 5 times a day. I have been walking about 2 and sometimes 4 miles a day. Hope to loose a lb tomorrow!Been here trying to learn a little about loosing wieght for a few days.
 
WOW I lost that 1lb. I ate 650 calories and walked 4 miles and rode my bike 2 miles. My bmr is only 1658.21 that doesnt give me too much room to cut calories. And I cant walk every day or ride my bike. Dont feel hungry so hopefully I am getting everything I need.
 
WOW I cant believe I am looking at something I said a month ago and now I am 180. How time flys and you just have to keep on keeping on. Here is to 170 and beyond.
