I decieded to loose about 80 lbs. and at first it seemed it was going to be easy. I lost about 22lbs. and now it has just stopped. I am now at 197 and still watching my calories. I try to stay at around 1000 a day. I eat ceral,eggs, and apples along with other heathly foods about 4 or 5 times a day. I have been walking about 2 and sometimes 4 miles a day. Hope to loose a lb tomorrow!Been here trying to learn a little about loosing wieght for a few days.
