I am glad you are feeling good, the feeling of accomplishment and progress is better than any junk food!
 
Birthday cake, for some reason, is always impossible to resist. It is like you are being a downer if you don't eat it (at least that's how I rationalize it :blush5:).
 
Eh, I don't feel bad at all for eating it. S'not like I ate too much yesterday.

Fast day today. Might be harder seeing as I woke up at 4am, heh. With the lack of kcals yesterday, I'll be less upset if I eat a little more today, but either way will try not to.

Also, singing Tom Lehrer's "New Math" tonight - my old primary school does a music night for teachers, parents and ex-pupils each year. Will be a lot of fun. Did "The Element Song" last year.
 
I appreciate your desire to do fast days. I never could. I REALLY don't like feeling hungry. I don't handle low blood sugar well, so I can never keep a fast day going, even if I try.
 
Just find it easy to keep myself distracted. Uni work, games, etc. Currently play-testing a new deck for Magic: the Gathering while practicing my song.

Will take my camera with me to the music night. Hopefully my mum can take a good video
 
Very good day. Ended up eating about 900 kcals - which I'm more than happy with, as I was singing at a big music night at my old school! My song went really well, I feel - New Math, by Tom Lehrer.

Weights tomorrow - and can eat normally, hehe. Got a bowl of pasta and meatballs with my name on it waiting for me
 
A good day today. Unhealthy food, but not too much of it - didn't get a calorie count, but was certainly under 2,500 kcals. Visiting family, had curry and ice cream for mother's day.

Weights done, and jog done today. The jog felt easier than the last one - ran the last 50 seconds. Felt really good.

Plus...got to weigh myself! Have lost 3 pounds this week. 55 to go!
 
Yay for 3 pounds! Isn't it nice to feel yourself handling the exercise a little bit easier every time? I love that feeling.
 
Hehe, I am enjoying it a lot. Yesterday went fine - 1,800 kcals or so. Weights were good - starting to see a little definition on my biceps, and my man-boobs are starting to feel like there's some muscle underneath. Might just be my imagination, of course, but it's nice.

Today, already had 1,600 kcals, heh. Will just have a couple of eggs on toast for dinner. Comes to about 2,000 kcals total for the day.

Also, another step up in the jogging today. 20 mins of walk 1, jog 2. Excited - and excited because in week 3, it starts escalating again, and I wanna see if I can do it, hehe.
 
Well, shitty day. My grandfather died and I'm currently really, really ill. Tried to run to see if it was just me being miserable..but the copious amount of vomiting in the park confirmed otherwise.

Will start again from week 2 of my exercise schedule when I feel less shit.
