Time to do it - 2008 time to kick butt

Day 23 still sick but feeling better

Day 23 (START OF 2008 LET'S GET IT POPPIN) WEIGHT 244.8 LOSS OF 14.2 LBS

Today Feeling way better probably could have made it to the gym today but wanted to take one more day just to have full recovery and be ready to go without relapsing, So I think im good now…… The only thing that is concerning me is my eating it going crazy but I know in order to get back to where I want to be a got to cut back a little which seems fucked up to me because it doesn’t seem like I eat that much anyway of well I guess calories don’t lie So I know what I have do but I just don’t want to. This is also the first week of this 10 week challenge they are having up at work everybody in it pays 5 dollars a week when they weigh in and at the end of the 10 weeks and at the end the winner gets all of the money and that’s by who loses the biggest percentage so that should be motivation enough right oh well we will see.

Gym Thoughts:

Didn’t make it today took an additional day of rest to recover from the cold will hit it hard again tomorrow?

My Tip:

Managing the food intake is hard, try and find filling food with fewer calories something that hard for me to do.
