1.5 weeks and down to 203 today from 209, it goes fast in the beginning!
i'm 5'11" and when properly clothed don't look too too bad, but my weight tends to be spread out! When i tell people i wanted to lose more than 30 lbs they said "you don't look like you need to!" But maybe that is the standard reply. But when i have my shirt off i know i have too much extra weight in many places!
Anyway, i started at 209 before christmas. 203 now. shooting for 175 or so. That's 34 lbs! Here we go! I'm planning to run the chicago marathon in October, so i want to lose the weight by early May for when training starts. I understand it's not good to try to lose weight and marathon train at the same time!
