I'm new to this whole healthier lifestyle of exercising and dieting for weight loss...and well, i've never lasted for my time of the month to show up!
I'm wondering..ladies...
1) do you usually gain weight during your TOM?
2) after your done, do you see a significant weight drop? I.E., the amount you would've lost while on your TOM.
3) do you continue your diet and exercise routine?
I realized I started my TOM yesterday, and I weighed in at 193.4. But this morning, I'm at 193.0....It's driving me nuts!
