Time of the Month and Weight Loss

During my TOM I will drop a few lbs before hand, Then while on my TOM I will gain around 3-6lbs. And I start to feel like crap.. and freak out, then my boyfriend tells me never to weigh myself during my TOM, 1 because I indulge a lot of the time because mine get so bad i cant move... honestly, pain, tears, not able to even nudge my legs... and that leads to not working out...2. because i have bloat yaddayadda.. But then when its almost over, 2 -3 days in I will begin to workout, not different than normal, and my appetite decreases and i feel sick and wont eat much at all... then about a week after that whole ordeal is done. it goes back down to normal and im happy again!
 
are you on any sort of birth control by chance? Sounds like you're having some crazy bleeding! :( I used to be like that before I got on birth control.. now my periods are shorter and lighter--muuuuch more bearable!

I'm not currently on birth control. I've tried a couple different types of bc but they either cause me to cramp, have really bad mood swings, or bleed heavy anyway. I havent found one thats good for me.

I just got done with a few cycles of Provera and Clomid (I was trying to get pregnant) and I feel like my body needs a rest from chemicals. :)
 
UPDATE LADIES!

hehehe, so I started at 193.4lbs on my period...and for some odd reason, my period is forever this month..I usually am 4-6 days TOTAL, but it's already what? the 7th? 8th day? and i still am packing tampons.

I guess it's the MA pill that got me on thursday morning, must be screwing things up. Anyways,

I am now at 189.8lbs, so I dropped flies on my period and didn't slow me down one bit.

Note: I didn't have major cramps during this period, some months I do some months I don't.

I was severely bloated and just notice that I'm slimming down...shrug* I never wear jeans anyway..I'm always in my workout pants! :D

Silly ol' me panicking hehehe...
