Time for some Pics I suppose

Well lets see, I was around 178lbs 6'3" 17% BF had a small beer belly haha. I never got the courage to really take a pic of myself like that. Looking at like BMIs and all kinds of charts I was never considered overweight, but I still had the "gut".

Either way, after a month of doing 5 days a week of Muay Thai at 2 hour intervals I began to shed the weight, get my conditioning back, and my body has really started to tighten up. I have built some muscle, but from what I had it has become more solid. All I have to say is aside from some super sore shins from kicking thai pads for an hour I love muay thai and according to the instructor my technique is very clean and hopefully be in the advanced class soon.

I havent done a ton on weights upper body wise but lower I do squats, lunges, and the ones where you go up and down the steps with weights. Cardio varies, mostly calisthenics, and plyometrics. First day I thought I was going to pass out from the work, now I am still tired but I can go at least 2-3 times as hard as i did when I first started.

Well here is the pic of me as of now, I look depressed because I learned why you never kick with your foot (all bruised) and i was tired as all get up lol.

Well I am down to 168lbs. and 14%BF so I am a happy camper. Hopefully I can compete in the future.
 
Wow, I'm 6'3" and weigh 215lbs and not fat...that's amazing

I had to rub my eyes after seeing this. The first post where someone has said they work the wheels not a lot on top.

Every other post I see on here usually revolves around "I wanna have DDD cups and huge bi's plz!!111!". Fair play too you.

You look good man (NOTE: FLy not gay), keep up the good work. Looks like you don't have very far to go down this particular road.

With the weights, he does not have us to too many weights up top just because how hard we work upper body during training. On punching days the shoulders feel like I did plenty of sets of milirary press or dumbell arm raises. Chest does get work from the calisthenics we do, lots of push ups, lots of lawnmowers, and where our partner holds our legs and we do a jumping push up to different spots on the mat. I am looking to lift a little as well, but with work, school, and training, it is hard finding space haha.

As far as being in shape, I have always had a skinny look, but I wanted to bulk up, I lifted for 9 months saw huge results strength wise but never any bulk. Then I was dumb and started eating, got a little chubby, started training and now here I am. I still have the little belly, though my family says its "genes" because my dad had the same little belly and he ran cross country, triathalons, and did a few marathons, and never quite lost it lol.

I agree with you. I tried forever to gain weight to no avail, according to the doctor, I have the metabolism of a hummingbird lol. So I have been adding whey protien, and just upping the calories, although I think my training has me burning more...I just cant win lol.

For my height I feel like I am definitly underweight.
