Time for a body I can love

AFor about five days now, I haven't exceeded 1200 a day. Well, that's not good. I did have to get rid of that weight from resting from my concussion, so now it's time for business. I am proportioned right so that my fat doesn't make me look like a balloon, but I do hate my body(I do have a certain type of mental illness that has lead me to have a complex relationship with my body.) Ok, so tomorrow I have to eat more calories, but from what. In the freezer there are hot dogs, tater tots, mini pizzas. How nutritious! There are some fruit preservatives to make with peanut butter sandwiches, but there is only white bread. Ask my mother for heathy food, you say? Good idea, except my mother is incredibly unpredictable, and at times I'm walking on eggshells. Oh well, we'll see how it goes...
 
Agood luck, it can be hard when you don't control the food which is purchased.
 
ABreakfast- Mini shredded wheats+milk(1 cup of each)
Lunch-peanut butter+raspberry preservatives sandwich
About to eat a plum.
I worked up the courage to ask for wheat bread and skim milk, and got them. She also got special K cereal(will have to research it) ^^
