i'm kinda confused about how long between sets i should be taking.
here is kind of an example on what i do..
bench: some days 10 reps, some days 8
squats: same ^
abs or bend over rows: ^
i do a set of bench, then move to squats, then move to abs or bend over rows, and then i'm back to bench again. that isent my whole workout but that would kind of be an example of what i do. is that too much time between high rep sets? thanks for any feed back fellas
