tighter!!

ok here is a problem.
How come when I stand up I look thinner well thin enough so to speak in my thigh area... but then I sit down and yuck, I seem to get this spread.... like my thighs just expand and spread and I look like they are really wide... I know I need to tone them up...but will that ever not happen... I just sit and squeeze my butt together as tight as I could and they seem to look smaller, but of course I get tired and have to let them go for a minute.. but how do I get them to stop spreading out when ever I sit down!!!!!!!!????
 
Lower your percent body fat by a healthy meal plan based on your metabolic rate... and exercise your glutes, hamstring, quads, etc...
 
what type of exercize do you think would tighten them up...I was doing the stair master...and oh man it seems like it just made them bigger.. I want my legs thinner not bigger....toned!!
 
The same thing happens to everyone when they sit down, unless you want to flex 24/7, no matter how thin you are. We are made out of squishy tissue, not wood. The above mentioned exercises will help, but you will never avoid this completely.
