Three day scheme for march

I've been doing a one day fullbody workout this month, last month I had a two day split scheme. Now I want a three day weight work out.
I've been doing a sequence of weight day- cardio day- weightday - cardioday-etc for so far and I like that because I do the cardio very relaxed so my muscles can still relax but also lose a bit of toxins meanwhile.

This evening I've been scanning the exrx.com sit for muscles and exercises and decided that this will workout pretty much every muscle listed on that site:

Day 1, Mostly back muscles and some more parts of the body meantime as synergists:
-Chin Up
-Lever Gripless Shrug
-Upright External Rotation
-Cable Internal Rotation
-Lever Gripless Shrug

Day 2, cruising on the crosstrainer for 30 to 60 minutes

Day 3, legs and shoulders:
-Dumbbell Straight Deadlift
-Calve Press
-Reverse Calve Press
-Seated Leg Press
-Abductor
-Dumbbell Arnold Press
-Cable Front Lateral Raise

Day 4, cruising on the crosstrainer for 30 to 60 minutes

Day 5, belly and arms:
-Incline Leg-Hip Raise
-Deadlift
-Triceps Dip
-Lever Curl
-Wrist Curl
-Reverse Wrist Curl
-Fill up some time with either an exercise for a muscle that isn't hurting enough or some cardio

Day 6, the usual home cardio.

Day 7, rest or start cycle over again.

I'm planning to do this for a month....
Critisize me please!

No chest?? at all. Where are the presses?

Squat, first. Always do the hardest exercises first.

if your last day is "arms" like you say, you have about one arm exercise on there for arms, deadlifts are not for arms at all, the only thing on there that is hitting your arms are the dips for the triceps.

According to the list of "synergists" when looking up these exercises there is plenty of chest in most back, arm and waist exercises. I could be wrong, but it looks that way so far.
As for presses... I've been doing presses for months so would it be wrong to skip them one month?
Same for squats.

You are really wrong on the arms...look at all the curls!
I've been neglecting my underarms lately so I decided to throw in the really targetted curls.

Posting my former schemes would take time as I'm not very good at names. I'll have to look up the current names again to remember them next month:)

I've been forgetting to mention some info...
- I'm doing a cutting scheme.
- My main doubts about the scheme I posted above are that indeed no exercise is targetting my chest directly though many other exercises are training it indirectly and that at least 4 exercises involve my middle trapezium.....would that be too much?
