Okay, so I hope I'm posting in the right forum (there are too many sections for me )

I don't work out much but I do. My real passion is playing keyboards and the piano. I was just wondering if I should be careful and how I should be careful, balancing both activities. Sometimes my fingers will go numb (kinda) after I work my arms, so would playing keyboards right after be a bad idea?

Thanks

oh and also, when I do situps, the sides and front of my neck burn, as if they're training. I'm doing my sit ups wrong, right? >_>

Whoah, you should feel the burn from situps in your belly my man

Switch to crunches. There's a bunch of different ab exercises, take a look here ->

As for piano, the two shouldn't really conflict. I play guitar and a little (bad) piano. Just watch yourself, any pulling you feel is not muscular but your tendons.

DO NOT **** THESE UP!!

Tendonitis can become a very serious problem.

hey man, just watch your form but definately find time to balance both of them, fitness is very important. My passion is music as well. My problem is that working out and eating right is such a big part of my day. that by the time I think about getting into my studio my wife is wanting my time.
