This is my diet journal.

I had a previous one on whyeat.net (but some issues and ya... Im here now.)

I have noticed that since I havnt been reporting everyday, I have been slipping up on my diet, but I have been more than angelic today so thats why Im starting this diet. Accountability SO KEEP ME ACCOUNTABLE PEOPLE!!!:grouphug:

Today, I have had an apple (65 cals) and cuppa soup lite (31 cals) total of 96 cals by midday!!:hurray:
Planning to have sum mixed veggies for lunch a pear afternoon snack and will see what supper has in store for me.

Am not gona exercise today:cry: Im not feeling well so planning to recover a bit and hopefully tomorrow its back on. taking the live today to fight tomorrow route!

I havnt weighed in a while (well... since Monday) so Im also gona start weighing everyday (Coming to join yall right after this post:cheers2:)

Monday I weighed 195lb (88kg) will weigh tomorrow and let yall know how that goes.
 
:cry: I just had some cookies!! I knew it was rong but I did it anyway. that's like 400 cals EMPTY ASS CALORIES :puke: just want to puke everything out!! and I had a packet of lays. Not feeling too guilty about that but added to the cookies...

Will definately hav to go do some taebo now. At least 70 mins worth. Then I at least will burn 710 cals. Then I will feel better about life. But need my baby to sleep 1st... hmmm....:D

Welcom to the group! You seem to have a good plan going! How much weight are you planning to use? I myself wanted to lose 60 pounds until I weight myself and found out I was 7lb more then I tought, I started in January and am now down 9lb. That is enought about me! Don't worry about the snacking it happens As you start loosing it may be eaiser no to snack, but if you do don't feel to bad about it. What is done is done move on to the next day!!! How old is your baby? I have a 3yrs old and a 1yrs old myself!

Well, I let the weekend go... Decided Im re-starting today. And wht a fab restart it has been.

I am done with quick fixes and instant weightloss. This is me eating for life. NO more obsession NO more guilt NO more fat. And what a weight off my shoulders this decision has been. Im not food-obsessed anymore. I enjoy the food I want when I want. Earlier I had a chicken mayo sandwich (at like 10am and Im still stuffed at 3pm). Before that I had lite cuppa soup. And that about it. I dont feel empty I dont feel anxious Im just chilling!

Didnt do my workout today :( was not really feeling up to it. And again, no beating myself up. Im so done with that!. I did laundry though (-95 cals):blush5:. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. NO, tomorrow will be better.

I have a 15 month old on Sunday!! I want to be 190lb by then... Pray I can do it.

In total I want to lose 100lb. :svengo: I need to lose about 50 to be at my pre-pregnancy weight. And then want to shave off another 40-50 to be hot (and healthy of course :p)

Today, its been a good day... so far. Lets just hope it stays that way. I was just offered some ice cream and without thinking about it, or feeling bad or sad, I JUST SAID NO.:party:
 
Well... I ended up having some ice cream yday... But very controlled portion like half a cup so I didnt feel too bad. Plus, I still had quite a bit of calorie room so it didnt phase me too bad. Then I had meat. And lots of it. I kind of have an addiction to meat. I have loved it from a very young age. My mom loves it, I love it, my daughter loves it. It is so bad that I once saw a cow (alive) and all I could do was imagine it cooked...:drool5: But I am working on it. But I think I will have to stay away from it until I have this thing locked down. So I went about 200 cals over my limit yesterday (but still under 1200 so thats okish...)

Today has been good. Cornflakes with 2% milk. Then an apple. Then a sandwich with cheese & bacon:banghead: shouldnt have done that...

Its so hot today I couldnt go get my taebo on...

Ai, Must do my damnedest to behave tonight...

:party: What a good day I had yesterday. I am determined to lose 5lb by Sunday (weigh in Monday morning) so I am taking it to the max!! I tend to be a bit extreme at times, but then thats when i start seeing extreme results!
So for the next few days (at least), Im going hard!

Yesterday, I had 2 cups of coffee for breakfast (10), a carrot for my midmorning snack (25), a salad for lunch (lettuce, cucumber, tomato - 45) with light yoghurt & herb dressing (13). Was still stuffed so I didnt have a minafternoon snack and had a chicken breast (120) and green beans (80) and peas (55) for supper. That was a total of 348 consumed.:coolgleamA: AND I did 70 mins of taebo (-710) and 15 mins of a pilates abs (-77) putting me on (-439)!!

Im happy.:hurray:
