This time I have to do it!

I feel like I have been on a roundabout the last few years. For a while I am great, I have lost over 30lbs in the past, but promptly put it all back on! I am the dieter they talk about in the books, loses efficiently, then goes back on normal diet, lets it all slip back on and blah blah blah!

Anyway I am 34, have two kids (8 and 6) a great husband and this time I will do it...not by dieting, just by being sensible, being healthy, and wanting to set a good example.

My starting plan:
*Exercise for at least 15 minutes in the morning on my elliptical, or 20 minutes with my kickboxing DVD/ and go for a jog/run with my daughter in the avo.

*Eat sensibly.

I don't want to start out to hard in the beginning, I always make it too hard for myself to keep up and them fizzle out....I need to do it this time!

Righto, day one has gone well, did 20min kickboxing, woke up at 6.15am as I promised myself. Eating has gone well
Breakfast - special k
Snack - almonds
Lunch - seafood salad and 2 kiwifruit
Snack - 1 and half of a small muffin, a pear
Dinner - small slice of pizza

Not quite finished still have to finish dinner, been out at a conference so wont be cooking properly tonight, but my first goal is the exercise anyway!

Finished off the day with a chicken salad sandwich on multigrain bread....yummy. Resisted the temptation to have anything else which is good for me!

Today has gone well, did my 20 minutes kickboxing this morning, food wise I've been good. Special K for breakfast with peaches. Almonds for morning snack. 2 kiwifruit, 1 pear a fruit bar and some fruit yoghurt for lunch.

Plan to have fritters for dinner with beans...am looking forward to this!

Yup! Your food for today sound really nice! Would be a nice change from the hostel food I get. :D Good luck with your loss!!
