Hey all,

Found this site by accident while researching Coca cola zero :)
I'm writing this post while at work.

Also unsure of the metric-system you guys use so I included two :D

Me:
24 Year old
Male

Current stats:
209 lbs (94-95 kilos)
6 Feet (183 cm)

First goal:
185 lbs (84 kilos)
6 feet (can't really do anything there, hehe)

So how am I gonna do this?
I'm a gamer at heart. I work for Xbox as a tech supervisor. My "lifestyle" is made up of sitting still and playing. And the convenience of fastfood and the constant suger-rush has messed me up in more then one way.

First off, start moving my ass.
I will start by walking to and from work. This is a trip of roughly 8-9 km per day. About 4.97 miles :)
This will give me about an hour and a half to two hours of walk per day.

Cutting away the badness.
I'm used to drink 2-3 liters of Coke per day(101Oz) and or other beverages.
This is being got away total.
Also the fastfood, pizzas and easy made dinners. Time for some homecooking! :)
Sugar, candy and all that is going away. Today is my second day without any of these, to help me I have a box of grapes and a big bottle of water here at my desk.

I also suffer from a chronical disease called IBS which not really is getting better while eating and drinking all that shit(sorry for the language).

So today I have with me a great good dinne, fresh pasta and low-fat chicked. Awesome good and easy to make :)

I will not weigh myself again for a couple of weeks. Rather I take photos every week and compare, as the scale really only gives you the numbers. When I might (stupid as it sounds) also wanna see the looks, and the effects will be more visable with photos :)

I hope this will work out for the better.
