This Is My First Time Working Out!!!!!!

I REALLY NEED TO TONE MY BODY BUT I WANT TO DO IT WITHOUT LOSING WEIGHT.MY THIGHS/HAMSTRINGS REALLY NEED IT BAD.SO I NEED ADVICE ON HOW TO TONE AND STILL STAY THE SIZE I AM.I REALLY DON'T WANT TO GET SKINNY BUT I'M 32 YEARS OLD AND MY BODY HAS FAT ON IT MORE THAN MUSCLE.SO I WANT MUSCLE INSTEAD OF FAT BUT I DON'T WANT TO GET SMALLER.PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT I NEED TO DO OR WHAT KIND OF PROTEINS I NEED TO TAKE.
 
protein
chicken, turkey, lean red meat, fish, cottage cheese, milk, eggs

carbs
sweet potatoes or yams, veggies, brown rice, fruits, whole grain breads cereals and pastas

fats
oils, flax seed, fish, natural peanut butter

have 5-6 meals a day, roughly every 3 hours

alternate days of cardio with weight lifting. high intensity interval training is great.

do you belong to a gym or do you train at home?
