I REALLY NEED TO TONE MY BODY BUT I WANT TO DO IT WITHOUT LOSING WEIGHT.MY THIGHS/HAMSTRINGS REALLY NEED IT BAD.SO I NEED ADVICE ON HOW TO TONE AND STILL STAY THE SIZE I AM.I REALLY DON'T WANT TO GET SKINNY BUT I'M 32 YEARS OLD AND MY BODY HAS FAT ON IT MORE THAN MUSCLE.SO I WANT MUSCLE INSTEAD OF FAT BUT I DON'T WANT TO GET SMALLER.PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT I NEED TO DO OR WHAT KIND OF PROTEINS I NEED TO TAKE.
