This is it: Kirsty's Finally Maintaining!

Haven't been around for a few days but right back on track!
When I was at my friends I ate badly but not completely terribly. I didn't end up having a binge like I normally do. Yesterday I did an hour on the Wii which was mainly lunges, press ups, planks and the hula hoop which I haven't done in ageeeees!
I can really feel it today - which I like - so gonna push myself again tomorrow.
Today was 20 minutes HIIT and then went into town with mum. Bought a beautiful top for £6 in the New Look sales BARGAIN! And some new mascara and eyelash curlers.
When I was at my friends I got the most disgusting spot ever in the middle of my forehead. I put some antiseptic cream on it thinking it would help but it got all infected it was disgusting! I have to clip my fringe other my forehead the whole time!!
Anyways its getting better now lol and I don't feel like I've gained much body wise.
Only 17 days of working out left and I WILL work out every single day till I go.

Exercise Plan
Day 1: 40 - 60 minutes Calisthenics
Day 2: 20 - 30 minutes HIIT Stationary Bike

I'll alternate between those. Calories will be 1200-1300.

Good day overall.
Calories were around 1224.
Exercise was 1 hr calisthenics and I really pushed myself again, broke quite a sweat! Walked around a shopping center for a bit cause my friend really wanted to go and since we wanted to get round all the shops before they shut most of it was power walking!!
I'm knackered now, so tonight's gonna be a night curled up in front of the TV. Think I'm gonna be home alone aswell. Food shopping in the morning so gonna have a look online for some recipes. I'm started to get bored of the same foods but still wanna keep the calories low and cheap! Any ideas?

Woooo today I am on a roll!
Was up at 7.30am. Had porridge for breaky and went food shopping with my mum and her friend. The car needed an MOT first though so we walked round town for a bit while waiting then did the food shopping after. Was about 3 hours worth of walking! Got home and had lunch around 1pm and laid about for an hour or two then jumped on the bike. I was tired but glad I made myself do it and I actually feel a bit more energetic now! Had a bath and here I am
My muscles have been aching the past few days which I haven't felt in ages. Just shows how my body had got used to my workout and that I needed to step it up abit. It might just be a psychological thing but I love feeling the burn the day after because it feels like I'm actually making a difference!
Tomorrow I'm going to stay with my friend but only for a night so should be able to get my exercise in both days even if one of them is in the evening. Scratch that...I WILL do it - no excuses! Only 2 weeks tomorrow till my holiday woop woop!

I have a new positive attitude to life. When I feel myself getting down I just kick myself in the ass and say what have I really got to be down about? Its bad because I take it out on my family and get really moody lately. I have great friends and family, my health and I'm having a pretty good summer! Gotta keep that all in mind.

Anyways back to food and exercise for today.
Exercise - 20 minutes HIIT
Calories - 612 so far...so that leaves around 588 for dinner wooo!

Will probs have a snack before then though. Happy Saturday people!!
 
Ahhh now I'm going away for an extra day, so wont be able to exercise at all tomorrow! Although I'll probably get in quite a bit of walking hopefully since I gotta get to another friends house and I think its at least a 30 minute walk. So fingers crossed!!
I was gonna do the bike as well today but don't wanna overwork my body. I did 60 minutes calisthenics included 45 lunges on each leg...man my legs are gonna hurt tomorrow. Hopefully I can get in some good food choices, my friend is trying to loose weight so that should help. We're going out drinking and dancing tomorrow night so in a way I'll still get some cardio in, cause when I dance I dance all night long!! Thinking of taking some of my own food with me, but don't wanna seem rude?

Todays Plan.
Exercise: 60 minutes calisthenics - done!
Calories: 1200 - currently at 639 after breakfast and lunch.

Since my calories are quite low lately, I have a hard time getting in enough fibre but my lifesaver is weetabix oaty bars. They're only 67 calories each and 6.2g of fibre!! So in the past few weeks I've been eating two a day along with exercise, and lets just say I don't get much trouble anymore.

So yeah, probably wont be back on here till Tuesday/Wednesday. Hopefully with good things to report. See you in a few days.
