About a week ago I decided to get serious about this again. Started on June 2 at 176 lb, not a bad weight, and BMI is OK, but as I mentioned before, with my body build, the belly fat is really out of proportion.
Setting a starting goal of 170 lb, with better weight distributiion thru exercise, and this AM I am down to 173.5 lb.
