thighs!

ok, my problem is that I can NEVER find jeans that fit me! My thighs are very big due to the fact that I have fat on them (which I am working to get off), but also because I have worked them so hard that the upper part of the front of my thighs are pure bulky muscle! I don't know what to do. Should I add more weight training, or will this just make me gain even more muscle. I am just sick of having my leg look all unproportional with the fronts of them being so much larger than the back!:confused:
 
The solution to your problem is quite simple.


Kill all the jean designers. Seriously. What are they thinking? Who exactly do they think they are making these jeans for (other than the manaquins at the store)?

Unfortunately, short of that, there isn't a lot to be done. You can't burn fat off of your thighs, you just burn fat in general, and your body decides where it comes from. Nothing can change that.

Make sure your diet is right, do enough cardio, and continue with the strength training (having more muscle helps raise how many calories your body needs/burns each day).
