Thighs, need to reshape and form

So Ive done some searching around. I have pretty big thighs, Im also a big boy. 225 at 5'10". I want to cut the size down, I know a lot of it is diet, but I was wondering if there was some exercises or rep/set scheme to help with burning the fat around my thighs.
 
You should know by now that spot training doesn't work. Just workout hard and eat right, it'll come.

Although I will say that your leg work will make a significant impact on your results, but not in the nature of spot reducing.
