The wonders of cutting.

..wtf.

Are you serious? -_-''

Personally i don't think recreational weight trainers should go to such extremes. Also remeber this guys take a lot of performance drugs.

That picture is just an example of how body builders look on and off season. Tho I dont know how much time is between the pictures.

I think thats why a lot of power lifters dont look as if they are in good shape. Cos they dont cut.

I wonder how many powerlifters would look like body builders if they started cutting?

Anyone who cuts or is cut looks like a bodybuilder. If you see a guy with no fat and deep sinew-y muscles, then you're bound to think that he is a bodybuilder. The only thing that doesn't really apply is if you are just plain thin and skinny.

What is even more amazing, is that these guys make that kind of transformation in 6-12 weeks. Yea, weeks. Should rename this, "The wonders of steroids."

Dave's transformation took around a year and he outlines the diet that he used to get where he's at. Lots of carb and calorie cycling and wicked diet determination.

Lol the guy in the second link looks the best IMO. Not too skinny around the waste and disgustingly muscly.
