The start of a journey!

I am beginning a new journey and ask for your support thru out this journey. Just a little background info. I am currently at my highest weight. I had a baby almost three months ago. I am 5'4'' and 178 pounds. I have started the Power 90 plan and am going to use this forum as my accountability. For those of you who don't know what power 90 is it is a fitness/diet plan by beachbody. I plan to weigh in on mondays and write daily regarding my diet and excercise. So here goes!
 
Day 9

OK so yesterday wasnt the best diet day. I have to eat my meals at work so i am left to eat what is prepared for me. So breakfast was blueberry pancakes and sausage, lunch a sub sandwich, 100 calorie chex mix, 100 calorie cookies and an apple, then my husband brought me a firehouse sub for dinner. I did do sculpt 1/2 video and do feel i am getting stronger!
