The Science of Lifting.

Hey guys I was hoping you might know of an article about whats going on in your body when you lift and after. Ive searched the web a few times and can only find huge articles that I would have to read other articles on top of to understand one thing there talking about. Thanks for any help.
 
go to a library or bookstore and get Serious Strength Training i forget the author but it shows a black guy on the front curling. It is the weight lifting bible and will tell you anything you want to know.
 
The authors of Serious Strength Training are Tudor Bompa and Lorenzo Cornacchia. I believe the guy on the cover is doing a one arm DB row not a curl. Serious Strength Training second edition is another good read. Same authors along with Mario DiPasquale. I personally have never read Supertraining, but have heard nothing but good things about it.
