Hey I was just wonderin does it really matter if you wear shoes or clothes when you get on the scale? Wont you still weight the same?

No, at least not for me. Denim is extremely heavy and makes a big difference on the scale.

everything i've read said that for consistency sake, you should way at the same time at regular intervals... and wear the same thing (or nothing) just so that you have accurate results.. you know you will weigh more in the evening than in the morning.. doesn't matter when you weigh - just weigh the same time everytime you do weigh..

and recite Miz Scarlett's Chant - Scale Scale on the floor, tell me that i've lost some more... :D (it works!)

Everything has weight to it... a pair of shoes can weigh upwards of 3lbs. if you want an accurate reading of your weight you should be weighing yourself like god made ya... in your birthday suit!

Exactly! lol! Only way to do it.

Yep, best time to do it is in the morning. Get up, answer the call of nature then weigh yourself. Naked or at least wearing the same or similar underwear / sleepwear.

Weighing in the evening takes into account anything you've eaten in the last few hours, as well as more fluid weight.

My clothes and shoes alone weigh around 3kg (6.6lb). I don't want to see that extra weight!
